4.3 Delivery Issues

You must inspect deliveries immediately. Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery to [email protected].

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items that are:

• Unworn and undamaged
• In original packaging with tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Running socks
• Items marked “final sale”

2. Securely package the item with visible RMA number
