Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (with some exceptions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Running socks
  • Items marked as “final sale”

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your return/exchange request using our template below
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with an RMA number and instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item with the RMA number clearly visible
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our warehouse at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our error

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange
  • Specify the new item you want
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds issued in USD (subject to exchange rate fluctuations)
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
