At Running Shoe Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your running gear. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of delivery.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please note:
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Running socks (for hygiene reasons)
- Any items marked as final sale
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your authorization email
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the new item you want
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
