We ship worldwide to runners everywhere (excluding select remote areas in Asia and other locations). Whether you’re in New York training for a marathon or hitting mountain trails in Switzerland, we’ve got you covered!

We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)

Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. We’ll guide you through the process and help you find your perfect fit. Please note:
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs
- We’ll cover shipping for the replacement pair
- Exchanges are subject to availability
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Credit card refunds may take 7-10 days to appear on your statement
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
